A few months back I invited a friend over to do a manifesting ritual with me. We smudged the room, lit candles and set our altar. We scattered petals and got our crystals out. We ate raw chocolate and talked about our visions for the future.
I led her through my manifesting process and together we laughed and cried and shared the thoughts, feels and spirit of our innermost desires. It was incredibly intimate and beautiful and I am hugely lucky to have sisters to do rituals like this with. Together we whispered our wishes into the wings of an origami crane, it was powerful stuff. Afterwards we reflected and thought - wouldn't it be amazing if we could share this so other groups of women could gather and dive into deep exploration of what their Out of the Box lives might look, sound and feel like.
Sooooo, I got to work and found that there were 4 universal themes that my tribe wanted to explore.
Dharma – Finding your purpose, getting clarity and having a strong YES and NO.
Metta – Cultivating more love and compassion for yourself and the others. Developing confidence.
Release – Exploring the concept of letting go, accepting and surrendering – and getting more comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Manifest – Manifesting the stuff that you want to do, be and have AND exploring what it takes to live intentionally and actually create a life you love.
